I got the idea for this posting from Dave Smith on YouTube; he has 44K followers and is a Libertarian, as much as I am.
I wanted to address the 2nd Amendment issue in the US and the effort of the Communist Democrats to disarm the American public. Please note that I label “Liberals” and “Progressives” as Democrat Communists because they are neither liberal nor progressive and yes, they are communists.
Dave Smith pointed me to a Washington Post opinion piece by Reverend Sharon Risher, who lost family and friends in the Charleston shooting. Unfortunately, it’s titled “Guns are white supremacy’s deadliest weapon. We must disarm hate“.
While we feel for Reverend Risher’s loss, as we do not want anyone killed by any guns, she takes the January 6 protest opportunity to make a radical point based on a photo of a person brandishing the Confederate flag. She equates that event with a series of attacks on black people for hundreds of years, white supremacy, and the call to ban guns—a stretch for anyone based on one photo.
But this is where we are in our society, and the communist rag of a newspaper, The Washington Post, always finds a “victim” to support their narratives of rampant “white supremacy” and desperately needed “gun control”, AKA repeal of the Second Amendment.
Any level-headed person who does five minutes of research can easily conclude that the protest was sparked because of a disenfranchised population that feels they had a Presidential election stolen from them, not “white supremacy.” The newest label of a “white supremacy insurrection” is pure propaganda and an opening for the Democrat Communists not to waste an opportunity, as they also did not with the pandemic. Of course, repealing the 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with the January 6 riot and is just an opportunity they can’t pass up.
There is even proof that the group of people that entered the Capitol Building that day was riddled with Antifa Communists. But that wouldn’t fit the new narrative of “white supremacy insurrection” or the need for “gun control” because of it.
So, let’s take a not so deep dive into the history of gun control that Reverend Risher and other Democratic leftists may find a little uncomfortable. After all, facts are the enemy of propaganda.
The 2nd Amendment and the "Black Codes"
We all know why the 2nd Amendment was in the Constitution and probably did not need to expand on why our Founding Fathers put it there, but you would be safe to say that it was not to protect “white supremacy.”
But, let’s take a quick look at where some of the first legislation of “gun control” was introduced and by whom.
Unfortunately for Reverend Risher and the majority of its black supporters, it was the Democratic Party.
That’s right, the same people that fought a war to save the institution of slavery, founded the KKK and instituted Jim Crow laws. Of course, there was so much legislation passed to keep black people oppressed that there had to be a Constitutional Amendment to keep the Democrats from continually doing so.
These are the same Democrats that also fought integration of public schools, fought against The Civil Rights Act of 1964 (remember “Dixicrats”), and pushed abortion to a point where there are now 14 million black lives missing from our society. They were so liberal and progressive that they introduced the “Black Codes” in 1865, along with an additional century-plus of persecution and discrimination. That is the history of the Democratic Party, not the Republican Party or Donald Trump and his supporters.
Each Confederate state that flew the Confederate flag, that Reverend Risher is so concerned about in her opinion piece, was controlled by the same political party she and most African-Americans support. It has a rich history of oppression of the same people.
The Black Codes
“South Carolina’s code reflected the white obsession with controlling the former slaves. It banned black people from possessing most firearms, making or selling liquor, and coming into the state without first posting a bond for “good behavior.” The code made it illegal for them to sell any farm products without written permission from their white employer, supposedly to guard against stealing. Also, blacks could not practice any occupation, except farmer or servant under contract, without getting an annual license from a judge”.

Unfortunately for Reverend Risher, she is just another person to be duped into supporting the Democrats on their road to the promised land of one-party rule, or as we refer to it, communism.
The Democratic Party Plan to Eliminate The 2nd Amendment
If you go to China, you’ll notice that the police do not carry guns, and there’s a reason for it.
Along with the entire population and the police, guns have been outlawed in China since the revolution. Only the CCP controlled PLA (Peoples Liberation Army) are allowed to have guns, and only in very controlled environments. Communists are afraid of revolt, and the first thing they go after is the citizens that own them when they come into power, much like the Communist Democrats are doing now with destroying the 2nd Amendment.
Why is the Capitol Building surrounded by a fence now (now walls work), and there are 5000 National Guard troops stationed there? Like the CCP, they are now afraid of revolt, and there are 300 million reasons (guns) why they should be. Particularly now, they would love to repeal the Second Amendment.
The whole narrative about “gun-wielding white supremacists” from the propaganda arm (mainstream media) of the Communists (Democratic Party) is the first step to outlawing guns in total. Another example of the direction the propaganda is heading in support of the new anti-gun narrative and legislation is from our friends at Salon.
“The deadly Capitol riot on January 6 brought together a wide variety of right-wing militia groups and fringe conspiracy theorists, officially united by former President Donald Trump’s false narrative that the 2020 election had been stolen. But the ideology that connected these groups in the first place was cultivated for decades by the National Rifle Association, gun violence prevention groups say.”
Of course, they use the term “gun violence prevention groups say” because they can’t cite a source, and it is fabricated, much like the term “gun safety” instead of “repeal of the Second Amendment”.
More than the fear of a riot at the Capitol Building on January 6 is the fear of rising populism in the US and the anticipated loss of power by the entire political class, including Republicans (the Establishment).
I have to include Republicans in the mix because Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, John Thune, and multiple other Republican cowards blamed Donald Trump for the riots. By the example of the “certified election,” Republicans refused to argue, they will sit idly by and do nothing, as usual, while the 2nd Amendment and our Constitution fades away and we lose our country.
The Establishment, particularly the Communist Democrats, need to quickly pass “gun safety” legislation (destroy the 2nd Amendment) in fear of the mid-term elections. Because of the controversy surrounding the Presidential election, the Establishment knows they will no longer be able to fix an election as they did with Joe Biden’s.
Regardless of what Joe Biden says (really what Susan Rice, Jill Biden, Kamala Harris, and John Kerry tell him to say), he, or they, will pack the Supreme Court. With a least four liberal justices added, they will pass draconian gun confiscation laws, which will then be upheld. In turn, these laws will spark either a secession of multiple states or a civil war while destroying the Constitution in the process.

Below is the “table of contents” to the new gun law and the hoops one would have to jump through to get a firearm. They could not “outlaw” guns in general or even word the bill in that fashion because a newly minted, packed, liberal Supreme Court would have to strike it down.
Instead, they make it so prohibitive to sell, purchase or store a gun that, in essence, it destroys the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution as it unfolds.
The playbook for the Communist Democrats is a simple one and will assuredly repeat when they target the 1st Amendment Free Speech clause.
